Really happy with the service from Mister Sparky. Winston came out to change my breakers and he was incredibly kind, respectful, and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was safe before leaving. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work.

Mason & Eugene are very well spoken, they can go in excellent detail and keep it simple at the same time. The duo is very well dressed and have years of experience. Both answered my questions with the highest level of empathy. He was very respectful and explained the work he did.The problem is that my electric outlet in dining room where electricity was interrupted to repair is still not working. Tried to plug a small lamp and no light. I know it’s not the light because it works in the other room. I had asked for a receipt with details of work, and was told they would send it after the work was completed. Usually I have always received a copy of potential costs and then any amendments not needed or needed.The second quote was higher than the first one given. I am partially retired so had to borrow money to pay for the job quoted. They did come down to original price. I was charged for 2 copper grounded poles, but only see 1. It is confusing. I told that the price was reduced because found the problem quickly.

It was a simple procedure that needed to be done that ended up having to replace some very bad issues we were not aware of. With our home being more than 20 years old it needed a lot of repairs to feel safe. They are Very knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and kind. Explain to us everything that they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They don’t leave without making sure we were comfortable and understanding of all the updates. We are extremely happy. We love this company and everyone whom works for them. We feel safe in our home now Thank you

Mitchell Harrison was the best! He put in a new panel inside and outside the house, installed a surge protector, and fixed all of our electrical problems we were having. We will definitely be calling him if we need anything else.
