We recently had to redo some wiring in our basement and wanted a professional to double check everything before flipping the power back on. We called Mister Sparky, and they had someone out the very next day. Jason, the electrician, carefully inspected all the connections and even replaced a few older ones to make sure everything was safe and up to standard. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. He even shared a few helpful tips that made us feel more confident about our set up. Nick from Mister Sparky helped diagnose and fix several electrical issues I’d been dealing with for years, including outlets and a switch that weren’t working. We’d had other companies come out before, but none were able to figure it out. Nick took the time to thoroughly investigate, test different solutions, and ultimately resolve the problems. He was polite, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. Scheduling with Mister Sparky was easy, the process was smooth, and the pricing was great. Highly recommend!

I am beyond pleased with the work just completed. Jason was quick, pleasant, and very professional about replacing 2 defective protruding exterior GFCI outlets at my house. He pointed out that the outlet on the front porch was a fire hazard due to nicked wire insulation. Excess moisture was probably causing the circuit to trip repeatedly. These outlets were 24 years old and needed replaced. I was so pleased with the responsiveness of Christian at the main office and the timeliness of Jason's arrival to complete the work. I will certainly hire Mister Sparky of Greater Columbus the next time I need electrical work completed. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work outstanding. I now have safe, working GFCI outlets with appropriate weatherproof covers to use for my holiday lights. Thank you very much.

Great experience overall! We had a couple of small bumps, but Christian (one of the owners) was always polite, helpful, and clearly focused on customer service. From our first call, he quickly provided a quote, explained the 2-year workmanship warranty, and scheduled the job the very next day with the inspection right after. Nick, the electrician, was very patient, easy to talk to, and professional. I asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure the EV charger was installed exactly per the manufacturer’s instructions, and he never made me feel like a bother. From the initial inspection to finishing the job, and even coming back the next morning to ensure the inspection went smoothly, he was thorough and reliable.

We had such a great experience working with Jason from Mr. Sparky! He helped us install a new light fixture in our laundry room. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. On top of that - Jason was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend!
