So underwhelmed, and so overpriced. I’m pretty reasonable in general, but my experience here left me not wanting to return. My husband and I each got one another an arrangement for Valentine’s Day. The Mitch’s arrangement (on the left) cost $220.00, while the Fresh Market arrangement (on the right) cost $60.00! I’m flabbergasted as to how Mitch’s can justify this price. I really wanted to support a local florist, but sadly, it’s just not worth the cost. So disappointed, and embarrassed. 😳😢

I wanted to share my experience with the customer service at this florist. I called them needing a bouquet on the same day and provided my budget, occasion, and recipient details, trusting their creative expertise. The flowers I received were exactly what I had envisioned - fresh, high quality, and uniquely selected to create a living work of art! Their arrangements are next level and sure to impress. The smile they put on my son’s girlfriend’s face was worth a million bucks!

I was so pleased with how my bouquet turned out. I spoke with several florists while I was in the planning stages for my wedding. I only wanted a bouquet and every other florist I spoke with had a floral minimum of $1000 or more. I reached out to Mitch’s because I found a bouquet they did for another wedding that had the exact look I was going for. Not only were they able to accommodate my request but they exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the wedding complimented how gorgeous and unique the arrangement was. They photographed so beautifully. I am so happy with the result and would recommend them to any bride in New Orleans looking for an elegant, affordable bouquet. Quality, Value, Responsiveness I’m so thrilled with the arrangement I ordered from Mitch’s. I need something modern, modest and fast (next day delivery). For being on the low cost end of arrangements I could have delivered, the end product provided so much wow-factor, Mitch’s has become my local florist of choice. They were super easy to work with, exceeded my expectations, and provided great value when everything seems to be costing more. Five stars!

Monique and the Mitch’s team did a beautiful job on our rehearsal dinner table scape. Monique listened to and perfectly executed my vision based on some example photos I shared. All of our guests raved about how beautiful and intimate the setting was! Cost wise, I found Mitch’s to be fairly reasonable and they were highly recommended to me by my wedding florist, Leaf+Petal who was out of budget for our rehearsal dinner. For reference, the table scape for this 20ft dining table with all of the candles was around $700 including labor, delivery and a late night pickup fee. Overall, highly recommend Monique and Mitch's!
