We came in ready to buy but not sure we'd find what we were looking for, yet our dream couch was the first one we saw when walking in - and even better, on sale! The folks that helped us were amazing, describing all of the features and the warenty and setting up delivery for just two days later. The delivery guys we're just as great, super friendly, quick, and ensured it was set up exactly like we wanted. This is the place to go for good deals on great furniture with friendly service!

Absolutely Worth the Drive! National Furniture Outlet is most definitely worth the drive! Living on the Northshore, it's been a real challenge finding quality furniture at affordable prices with fast delivery—but this place was a game changer. Finding this store has truly been a Godsend. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. They offer beautiful, luxury-style furniture at prices that won’t break the bank.

I would like to take a minute to talk about National Furniture Outlet, Inc. on 4th street across from Westwego city hall. Y'all don't sleep on this family owned furniture business. They have been around serving the community for decades. The prices are affordable and the quality is great. They deliver a personalized customer service experience something the big brand stores cannot do at half the cost. From purchasing your pieces with Linda Cartner to delivery and set up and if there is a problem Demone will come out and make it whole again! Check them out you won't be disappointed! Recommend 10/10

Excellent customer service and delivery experience with National Furniture Outlet. Love working with a local family owned business. We purchased two full bedroom sets and a mattress set. Linda was tremendously helpful and always so kind in spite of my many phone calls. Our delivery guys were also amazing. I will absolutely contact them again in the future. Highly recommend 10/10!

The best experience I've ever had with a furniture store! The owner, Matt, really cares about his customers. I recently moved and didn't have a lot of money and he gave us a great deal. The building is full of smiling faces and every employee was just as helpful in the process as Matt was. The employees handling delivery were incredible: very efficient and kind. Couldn't recommend enough!
