I mean it was my first time getting a manicure and I don’t know if it’s normal but my nails are not cut equally plus they now have texture and I don’t really feel any difference I thought the price was good so I gave a 5$ tip Btw i was asked if I wanted a gel so I asked if it’s gonna peel by itself or if I have to get it removed they did not respond and just put the gel back the workers don’t really talk and are kind of rude but anyways they did accepted e transfer for the payments so that’s great but overall it wasn’t the best and to clarify this is not about the Paiement or the price it’s about the service

Absolutely amazing!! My mom, sister, and I booked an appointment through a recommendation. I can not believe how amazing and talented they are. We are so sad that we are only on vacation and can not come here all the time for nails. Highly highly recommend!!

I have been to so many places here in Ste. Foy and none of them like this one. Excellent work from Titty I never saw my toe nails so pretty after she worked on them. Very detailed and meticulous and I loved it ! 100% will recommend this place to all my friends

My experience was not the greatness. I was visiting Quebec and wanted to do my 💅. My cousin brought me to do our nails there as she’s a regular. Here’s what I have observed: - They didn’t welcome her and I nicely at all. - The tech that was doing her nails was a male and wasn’t sure what he was doing. I kept having to tell him the steps!! 🤦‍♀️(I’ve had male tech before and never experienced that) - The very next morning my cousins nails were peeling off! She did a dip powder with gel coating. (This normally stays 2 weeks +) Mind you we did our nails in the afternoon (we were the last ones there). - We went back that morning to show them what happened. The girl in front just told us to come back another day to fix it. No apologies. No acknowledgement. Nothing. I had to ask them when should she come back and book the appointment. I was baffled and disappointed.😕 Needless to say they didn’t leave a good impression. (Edit: Omg 😦@ the response (last pic). So, it’s MY fault that the nail was not done correctly AND chipped AND that the employee didn’t care. Okay. If you want to talk about respect, accusing and blaming your customers are not the way. If my cousin has been a regular, shouldn’t you have been more kinder? Especially when she’s with a guest?! Your response just made this worst. Also, to clarify, I specified on the phone that I wanted to surprise my cousin and add a manicure. The person simply said to give my name. Which I did. Then, hung up. I tried calling back to mention that I was running 5-10 min late - no one picked up. When I got there, I mentioned those two things and was met with silence. We returned regarding the chipped nails and I had to ask the lady for the appointment. She didn’t offer it. She simply said “come back another day there’s no space today; we are only 4 working today and we are full”. Then, I proceeded in asking when can she come back. She didn’t even bother showing any sympathy, understanding nor even apologized for this situation. She simply went back doing the set she was working on. Lastly, for the gel on the dip powder. Let’s remember that you guys didn’t have the exact color I wanted. Therefore, I asked the gel on top of the clear dip powder - which I have previously done elsewhere. Nothing out of the norm there. Overall, I don’t understand your response nor the intention behind it. C’est ce que vous appelez respect et bienveillance?! Ah bon.)

Just wanted to write a review on the great nail service I have received after I was not satisfied with the manicure and pedicure I had received. My insatisfaction was promptly answer and I have received a top-notch bio-gel manicure and a reparation pedicure in a timely matter. Thank you so much MJ Ongles as I can leave for my birthday vacation with gorgeous hands and feet. Highly recommend this beautiful place that I have been going to for the last 6 months. Gracias, Sally
