I would not even give a one star. I paid over £600 to send a letter. They would not let me talk to a solicitor until I paid £7000. Charged me in total over £2000 to send a letter and 3 emails. Now they are with holding my papers. I had to get a advice from another company. I've now gone with them. But MKB law is not forwarding the case to them at the moment. I wish I had of read other reviews before going to this company. Please stay away at all costs. They only fuelled by money. Not once did I get to speak to a solicitor. Reference my case. Total disgrace. Shame on you MKB LAW. MARTIN SPENCE

Genuinely appalling service from start to finish. My case was handed between multiple solicitors over the course of several years- each requiring a meeting (billed to me of course) to explain the case each time. I felt totally dismissed by all involved- as if no one could be bothered dealing with the case at all. After multiple years, I walked away with a pittance compared to the bill handed to me by MKB Law. Would strongly encourage anyone to seek a better, more polite and motivated solicitors firm instead.
