If there was an award for unscrupulous business practices, ML Mobiles would accept it with the same enthusiasm they exhibit when overcharging unsuspecting customers. My visit to this establishment was so egregiously infuriating that I feel compelled no, morally obligated to warn the general populace. Allow me to recount the sequence of events with precision: I entered ML Mobiles because my device had ceased charging. A minor inconvenience, or so I naively believed. The technician, whose diagnostic methodology consists primarily of plugging my phone into their cable and summoning theatrics worthy of an amateur soap opera actor, proclaimed: It needs servicing. That will be $35. Then, as if to maximize the inefficiency of the universe, he added, I have one more work, you can come after 30 minutes. Translation: I am about to charge you an outrageous fee to remove dust. I returned after this arbitrary intermission, and miraculously lo and behold my phone was working. I paid the $35, blissfully unaware that I had just financed this establishment’s next unnecessary chandelier. But one would think the story ends here. No. Like an unfortunate sitcom character trapped in a loop, I went back a second time with the same issue and brace yourself they charged me ANOTHER $35. That’s $70 for what was essentially… lint extraction. Fast-forward to today when I visited a different mobile shop. The technician took one look, chuckled, grabbed a brush, cleaned the port in 10 seconds, and said: “Mate, it just needed cleaning. Happens all the time. No charge.” ML Mobiles, on the other hand, apparently operates on a business model that can be succinctly summarized as: “Extract maximum profit with minimum integrity.” Their pricing strategy seems to be engineered by someone who once read half a chapter of Economics for Dummies and decided the goal of capitalism is to behave like a cartoon villain twirling his mustache while laughing over a pile of ill-gotten $35 notes. To call this establishment a “scam” would be an understatement of cosmic proportions. In fact, if NASA ever needs a new measurement standard for galactic-level audacity, I volunteer ML Mobiles. Avoid ML Mobiles categorically, consistently, and with a sense of self-preservation. Save your money, your sanity, and your dignity, and take your phone literally anywhere else. Even an 8-year-old with a toothpick would provide more honest service.

My sister had a bad experience with another repair shop, so we called ML repair shop and the gentleman advised us the options available to unlock our phone. We went in store and he was so helpful and got everything sorted. Even though the shop was closing at 8pm, he waited till we had everything sorted and answered our questions. Truly grateful for his help. Would highly recommend going here, they’re efficient, helpful and kind. And the pricing is affordable.

I usually had very bad experiences with iPhone repairs outside the authorised apple shops. But this place is legitimately good, doesn’t ask you for the passcode and ensure that the service is perfect, if there are faults after repairs I’d recommend just talk to the guy first, he is genuinely there to help. Thanks my guy!

My OnePlus 10pro was expertly fixed here. Despite having to order the screen for my phone in it was there the very next day and cheaper than at other stores. Thanks once again!
