This was my first experience using a mobile notary service and I could not have asked for a better experience! Icesis is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate process and even though there was an entire book of forms, she took the time to review and explain each and every page. I learned things that no one else truly took the time to explain and she did it in a way that made me feel like she cared that I understood. I even felt completely comfortable asking basic questions and she was very patient with her answers. I am so appreciative of her and I highly recommend her service anytime you need a notary. She's the best!!
