Great place, Mark was very helpful! He quickly replaced an iphone screen while I waited, and provided additional helpful advice about the phone. Also greatly appreciated them allowing me to park my bicycle inside the store while I waited, as there are not many protected bike-parking options right outside the store. Thank you!

This was my first time coming into the shop. I was taken care of immediately. While I was being helped, the store clerk was very helpful towards other customers. Along with myself. My waiting time wasn't longer than they told me, and even then it, was fixed prior to that time. They assisted me with helpful service the following day for a check up.
