I don’t usually write long reviews, but when I do, it’s because the service was genuinely fantastic. I was stuck with a punctured tyre and couldn’t drive the car at all. I called this company, and within 30 minutes they were at my exact location. No delays, no excuses just straight, professional service. I want to specifically mention Sarah, who I spoke to on the phone. She was genuinely caring, understanding, and extremely cooperative. She made a stressful situation feel easy and handled everything perfectly. The technician, John, arrived and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the tyre professionally, sorted the issue properly, and got my car back on the road quickly. Now the biggest thing: the price. They gave me the best price possible genuinely an amazing quotation compared to what I expected. Transparent, fair, and honest.

I had a very poor experience with this shop. On my first visit, they forgot to balance the rear wheels but still charged me for the service. When I returned a second time to address the issue, they balanced the rear wheels, but the car was still shaking afterward. I then went to a different shop, and they were shocked by the work that had been done. The previous shop had used 70 grams of wheel weights, which is excessive. The new shop rebalanced everything properly and needed only 20 grams. They also found inconsistent tire pressures: one tire was set to 41 PSI while another was at 36 PSI. Overall, the work showed a clear lack of attention to detail and technical competence. Everything felt as if they did not know what they were doing. I would not return and cannot recommend this place.

Genuinely impressed. 10/10 An honest company and you should look nowhere else. I automatically treated them like cowboys when there was a small issue, but they rectified it with no issues despite me being a bit of a painful customer. I've learnt a lesson from this - and I can say that, if you're looking for someone to do a good job and take real pride in their work, look no further. Reliable, honest and patient. Thanks guys and apologies for not trusting you the first time.

Exceptional service. Was stuck by the airport hit the curb and my tyre blew out, called up these guys and they sorted out the issue quick easy and super professionally, came out to me in around 30 minutes and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend can’t say enough good things about this business, will be my go to from know on. 5 stars

Used the service via the RAC and have nothing but praise for fast, polite, efficient and a cost effective service. I was so grateful to be back in the road with a new tyre in around an hour with updates around cost and ETA on the way. HUGE thanks to the colleagues involved
