My elderly neighbor had her chair stop working right before Christmas. Her scooter stopped working and she refers to her scooter as her legs. She doesn’t speak English so she didn’t know who to contact. We came over and called Mobility City and they walked us thru all the issues and we realized it was the battery. It was 15 mins before closing and they stayed open for for an extra 30 mins so we could get everything resolved!
I ordered a hospital bed from Mobility City and Richard R and Scott M delivered the mattress cover and bolts to install the foot board. I was very appreciative of the extra time spent explaining the cover and foot board mechanics. They were very helpful and had helpful instructions particularly regarding the right side up aspect of the cover, with useful tips like ‘think about it as a roof line.’
We rented a rollator for my 96-year-old mom who was hospitalized. She needed her rollator repaired before she was released from the hospital. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to repair the rollator before my mom's release. There was an initial disagreement regarding the final bill. However, Gary, one of the owners, reached out to address the issue. He listened to my concerns, resolved the matter efficiently, and to my complete satisfaction. I commend Mobility City for demonstrating good customer service and a commitment to satisfaction.
I went to a number of places and finally found the perfect recliner I needed as I recovered the last 8 weeks from spinal surgery. Mobility City was wonderful. My visit in store with Stephanie was full of questions and she was terrific in answering questions, reserving the recliner, and arranging delivery and pick up. Scott Marshall did both delivery and pick up. He is an employee who gives beyond the setting up and taking down of the furniture rented. He is kind and caring to the customer and such a delight. I am 100% pleased that Mobility City was a part of my recovery. The employees are terrific and that recliner that heated up and had such great set up options for how to sit or sleep.....well, that was just what I needed. Thanks so much.
Recently needed a hospital bed after my husband had a fall. I called Mobility City late afternoon. Next day Scott and Mike delivered, and set up a full electric rental bed with comfortable new mattress I purchased for a reasonable price. The team answered all my questions and demonstrated how the bed works. Service was faster than expected and it was my pleasure working with them again. Many thanks. Highly recommend. Gary, Ginger, Jana and Scott jumped in and helped put a hitch carrier on my truck. The experience working with them was delightful and the carrier was in stock and exactly what I was looking for. Convenient location in Lakeline. Highly recommend this team.
