I visited the midtown store after receiving a birthday email offering 40% off an item. My birthday is in two weeks, and I made the trip specifically because of the offer. After picking something out (which had a stain that the clerk tried to whiteout)I was told the discount was “on hold” and that everyone had gotten the same email. Even after explaining it was my birthday soon, and pointing out the stain, I was only offered $5 off and told to wash the item. Apparently the hangers are rusting or staining. The experience felt dismissive and misleading. I’ve always liked this brand, but this left a bad impression—if you’re going to promote birthday rewards, they should be honored. And clothes should be sold clean and free of stains.

Such a precious shop! I love to support boutiques, so I did a Google search while in town. Read the reviews and stoped by! Left with quite a few items. All of their clothes and decor were great quality. The employees were helpful and friendly. Will be back and plan to shop online.

I’ve been in here before but got a little overwhelmed when it was busy so I looked around then left but I stopped in this morning around 11:15. The girl working was so nice & super helpful. She helped me pair some outfits together & found the cutest pair of shoes for me in my size. I love these little boutique stores but what makes them even better is when the staff are happy to help! I also like not feeling overwhelmed by tons of options right when you walk in a store. I love how the clothes are laid out around the store. If you’re needing a new cute outfit or have an event sneak up on you & nothing to wear, go to Mode!

I love this shop and visit every time I'm in OKC! They have so many trendy pieces but also have some great basics to integrate into your wardrobe. I also love their shoes and accessories! Definitely must visit next time you're in town. Kindest staff, cutest shop - win win!

Hands down this is a really great store. this place is just very unique and has those hard to find and even some of those one-of-a-kind items that you probably can't find anywhere else. You will love this store from the moment you walk in. The young Lady who was working was very kind and helpful So make sure you stop in the next time you looking for something unique to your style
