Paid for a deep clean - they don't actually deep clean. Well, they do some parts I guess but not others. I had just moved into an apartment where the previous tenant left it pretty disgusting in certain areas and the apt didn't clean it. So I hired Modern Maids. They did about 70% of what I expected. The floor was left still sticky and gross - they pretty much just did a surface clean. Some surface areas were still dirty as well. I had to deep clean the floors myself and some other areas. Basically a "deep clean" is just a surface level clean. Not terrible - just not a deep clean. Genuinely don't understand how they have 4.9 stars

We had the absolute pleasure of having Modern Maids clean our home, and I can’t recommend her enough! She went above and beyond, leaving no detail untouched. She literally cleaned every nook and cranny—including the baseboards, patio, and windows—and left everything sparkling. On top of her thoroughness, she added the sweetest touch by making a rose out of our toilet paper! Patrícia is professional, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in her work.
