I’m in town for the NICWA conference and staying at the Omni, and yesterday, (March 28, 2026) I decided to try for a manicure and pedicure. It was nearly 6:00 PM, and I knew it was a long shot( they close at 7) especially since the receptionist mentioned that Aida usually doesn't work Sundays due to church and family commitments. However, after checking, Aida graciously agreed to squeeze me in at 5:50 PM. I am so grateful she did. Not only was the service excellent—including a perfect French manicure—but Aida herself was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. I felt completely at ease in her care. She made me smile at a time when I didn’t think I could, lifting a weight off my shoulders and brightening my spirits. Even though we finished quite late, the experience was worth every minute. Thank you, Aida, for your talent and your wonderful heart.

Mokara is in a league of its own. Their staff is world class. The facilities are the thing of dreams of healing serenity and service. Their treatments define opulence and indulgence balanced with real focus on tangible healing and restorative care. 10/10 at every location we have visited and my wife and I cannot wait till our next appointment.

Joplin and Aida were the best, we visited for the first time and were treated so well. I will definitely be back with these two ladies. 😊

I visited the Mokara Spa yesterday for a deep tissue massage. My husband and I had to be in OKC this weekend for a work event, and since it fell on my birthday, my husband and kids decided to pamper me with an appointment here! The spa itself was beautiful. The dry sauna was great, the relaxation room was wonderful, and my massage was great! Jenny did my deep tissue massage and she really got in there! My muscles are still feeling it today. However, I had a couple of small experiences that made it a little less than a 5 star review. First, at check in, they give you the option to select add ons to your service. I checked hot stones and hydrating face mask. $50 worth of add ons. Awesome! Can’t wait! Except - they didn’t do them. I didn’t even realize that my time was passing by until my provider said, ok, times up! By that time, it was too late to ask that she do the hot stones I asked for or the hydration mask. Second, I noticed that several women were there celebrating birthdays, but we didn’t all get the same birthday treatments. Such a small thing - didn’t complain about it, but it was sort of a bummer. I walked out to the relaxation room and noticed a mimosa sitting on the counter, thought it was interesting but went ahead to make my tea. Another woman came out and said, “oh! That must be my mimosa!” I mentioned I didn’t even know they offered that! She said, “oh! Well it’s my birthday so they offered me a mimosa or champagne” …. Me too! But they didn’t offer me anything. Even though it was written all over my reservation and they did say happy birthday a few times. I noticed that 2 of the 4 of us who were wished a happy birthday were offered this option. Just interesting. All in all, not a horrible experience, but I’ll probably pick another spa next time I’m in OKC. For the price, I’d expect more consistency and attention to detail.
