Absolutely unprofessional. Owner drinks YOUR wine and shares it with other customers. I will NEVER go back to bottle at this location. The owner (and sole employee) is a self-admitted alcoholic (telling me on my first visit that he drinks an average of 1.5L of wine per day while AT work, using the excuse that "his customers expect him to taste the wine with them") He eagerly poured me at LEAST a half dozen "samples" of various wines while I was bottling- which were obviously taken from the CUSTOMER PAID batches awaiting their bottling. My last time there, after I had to delay my bottling appointment by 2 weeks, by the time I came in, there were only 24 bottles worth left in my batch. I've been bottling for YEARS, and every single place that I've gone (including a prior visit to Molinara), you always get 30-31 bottles from a batch. I hope he and his other customers enjoyed "sampling" the wine that I paid for. And to top it off, it wasn't the variety I ordered (not a surprise, since he was likely intoxicated when I placed the order) SO unprofessional. I now go down the street to Wine Expert, where the employees are completely sober and I get to take home ALL of the wine I PAY for.

Been going to Ron S since he opened in 1998 to bottle our wine. Our taste buds keep getting better and better as our wine choices have changed. He is always willing to answer our questions and our experiences have always been positive. In the past 5 years or so we have always ordered the better to best reds and whites. Our friends can't tell the difference (those that are not wine connoisseurs).

Excellent experience as a first-time winemaker. Ron was informative and fun to talk to. My first batch of "Chianti"-like Tuscany wine is delicious, getting better with each passing month. I'll be back!

This is a great place to bottle wine if you want the deal with a person who is very knowledgeable and willing to spend time to ensure you get the best wine suited for you and at a very good price. I knew nothing about wine when I started to bottle. Ron suggested various types of wine until I was able to find the one's best suited for me. I have always had very positive results with Ron. You can't go wrong at Molinara.

I have been bottling wine at Molinara since I moved to Kitchener. The service and quality of wine is of superior quality. The owner is so knowledgeable and very obviously loves what he does. I have tried several different varieties and every one is absolutely the best! This wine making shop is one of my favourite businesses in the KW area!
