The ladies arrived on time & we began by reviewing the house & what I wanted done. I'd requested a deep clean for initial visit. Upon finishing, my home looked & smelled clean! Plan to have follow up visits every two weeks. The ladies were respectful of my home, worked diligently, were professional & pleasant to have. Great pricing on services also. Treat yourself to a spotless home. Highly recommend! From the photos it's obvious I have lots of stuff. They dusted around furniture, mirrors, and picture frames. Vacuumed around and under furniture. Mopped hardwood floors and cleaned baseboards.

I had my very first cleaning with Molly Maid, and I came home to a half-cleaned house. Some rooms looked like they were never even entered — the window sills still had dirt, fans had thick dust, my daughter’s room wasn’t vacuumed, mirrors were dirty, furniture wasn’t wiped down, and the shower tiles still had residue. The guest/office room bed wasn’t made, and that space clearly hadn’t been touched. Because this was the initial clean, I was charged double, which I was fine with if the job was done correctly — but it wasn’t. When I called to share my disappointment, I was told the cleaner had quit that day and that they’d redo the cleaning. I appreciated the effort, but after the second visit, the same issues remained — the fans still weren’t touched, and there was still shampoo residue in the shower. When I followed up, the operations manager told me my house is “already clean,” so I wouldn’t notice much difference unless I paid for a deep cleaning. I was also asked to be home next time to point out what I wanted done — but that defeats the purpose of hiring a cleaning service. I asked to cancel and requested a partial refund since the job was incomplete, but it’s been over three days and no one has reached out, even after waiting a week for a manager to contact me. Overall, very disappointing experience — I ended up cleaning the house myself after paying for a professional service. Poor communication, poor quality, and not worth the money.

This was a move in clean that required a lot of special attention due to it being an older home. The three ladies who came to clean were Cali, Cayla, and Mari. All three of them did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my new home! They were positive, professional and gave my space the cleaning going above and beyond! A+++

The team was fantastic! While there were a few minor misunderstandings, they ultimately delivered excellent results. Dakota was particularly understanding of the stressful situation and promptly sent assistance. This was my first experience with a professional cleaning service, and I would gladly use them again.
