Team 12 at Molly Maid did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! They paid great attention to detail and the place feels refreshed and spotless. I was extremely happy with their work and will definitely be requesting Team 12 again. Highly recommend!
Marleny and Detsi did a great job on my move out cleaning. They were thorough and took their time. One suggestion is that they thoroughly discuss the expectations because I requested 2 hours and I get a call that morning that it would take 3-4 hours which was not what I had expected. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment which is fairly new and it didn’t make sense they said that it would take 3 to 4 hours. I went from $360 to $650 very quickly.
We started a cleaning services with molly maid team. The team (silvia and mana b) were lovely ladies who provided professional, detail oriented and thoughtful service. Weve never had professional help before so was little nervous, but their beautiful work really assured us that we made a good choice. The house is now spotless, well organized, and all the cleaning “problem areas” we’ve been holdingoff are resolved! Feeling so taken care of and good going into the new year. Looking forward to continuing with them
We used Molly Maid Service for a move-in/move-out cleaning, and the experience was absolutely fabulous. Their customer service was great, and setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Two of their employees, Marleny and Deysi (Team 18), did an outstanding job. They were kind, professional, and efficient. They left the place spotless and perfectly ready for moving, and everything was completed in a very timely manner. Their attention to detail truly stood out. We really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend Mowing Maid Service- especially Team 18—to anyone needing a reliable and thorough cleaning. Thank you so much!
Team 12, Bibi and Zaniha, did an absolutely excellent job cleaning our home today. They were both incredibly professional, kind, and detail-oriented. They cleaned everywhere thoroughly and even took the time to walk through with me at the end, asking me to check each area to make sure I was fully satisfied. They encouraged me to point out anything I might have missed, which shows how much pride they take in their work and how much they care about customer satisfaction. Everything I asked them to do was completed perfectly, and they went above and beyond to make sure our home was spotless. I really appreciate their positive attitude and teamwork — they are a fantastic pair who worked very efficiently together. I would be very happy to have them clean our home again, and I highly recommend them.
