Initial cleaning of 3000 sq ft home. High ceilings and countless shelves. Amazingly thorough. Very professional and all that I could see was shining and clean by the end of the duo's eight hour shift.

We started ongoing services with this company in Lathrop, they made us fill out our credit card information even though I had given them the information over the phone to the receptionist the day before. After I did fill out the information and we gave them the form but they somehow lost it from our house two blocks down and back to our house. We watched our security cameras and seen her put it in her binder and watched them leave. Then they came back 10 minutes later saying they had lost it and needed the information again. They also broke a light bulb in my living room and did not tell us that they had broke it and left it on the counter next to my son's toys. We will definitely be going through another service. If you do go through these people, make sure you're keeping an eye on your information. My husband talked to their manager and she was supposed to get back to us if they found anything. She didn't call us for 4 days. And was just trying to schedule again. This company is super unprofessional. And if anything becomes of my card being used, I have security footage that will be taken to the authorities. Thankfully the card I used has to be authorized by me in order for it to work.

Ladies did an amazing job!!! Turned a dirty uncleaned olhouse into a welcoming clean home!!! Highly recommend using Molly Maid!!!! I'm going to for sure hire them again.

This is very strange company. They came once, did a very good job. I praised them for it and made it very clear that I wanted ongoing monthly cleaning. They promised to give me their monthly schedule but never delivered it. I called a few times asking for it. They kept promising and never sent it. They kept sending me marketing texts and email but never sent their monthly cleaning schedule. Their are strange people. In addition to this, it turns out that they are dishonest people. They stated in their response to this review that they have called me. This is a lie - they have never called me. They called me today only after I left this review. This is now two month after they cleaned my house and after I asked for monthly schedule. By this time, I found another company who has better prices and better attitude. They invited me to call them to get my cleaning schedule - I called a few times in July 2025 to make sure that they had my phone number and asked for my schedule. They confirmed that they had my number but they would not give it to me. And nobody called me until today, until I posted this review. This is very unethical behavior.

Great service, on time and promp, super fast and detailed cleaners. I am grateful for Molly Maids assistance in cleaning my house project Remodel. I was able to cross the finish line with a beautifully remodeled home! So fresh and so clean...clean!
