I hired Molly Maid of the Treasure Coast for a pre-holiday party cleaning and paid over $400, expecting professional-quality service. Unfortunately, Team 13 did not meet that standard. The overall cleaning felt like something my 13-year-old could have done. My daughter’s bed wasn’t made correctly (I have photos), her rug wasn’t vacuumed, and dusty areas on the doors were left untouched. They loaded dishes into the dishwasher but didn’t check—they came out still dirty. They didn’t take out the recycling or replace the trash bag. Worst of all, they took clean sheets off my mattress and replaced them with a folded quilt and blanket from my couch that were visibly dirty. As I reviewed my Ring camera footage, I even noticed one of the cleaners leaning over my kitchen island on her phone instead of working. This was supposed to be a thorough pre-party cleaning, and I chose it as a trial for regular service. Based on this experience, I definitely will not be continuing. Very disappointed.
