Shane replaced our home and garage roof in March 2025. The service was excellent with great follow up to a dryer vent issue. That issue was quickly resolved. We would recommend Monarch roofing to anyone who is looking for a quality and a very fast installation.

We first worked with Shane and co when we first bought our three story town home three years ago. His crew repaired some issues on our roof found during inspection at a very fair price, without trying to upsell us or push us into replacing the roof early. They were honest about the condition of the roof, and in their assessment that it would be fine for a while yet. When we were finally ready to replace the roof this year, Monarch's estimate was incredibly competitive, with the same brand-name shingles and roofing system AND a 30 year warranty. Shane was very accommodating of our schedule and availability. His roofing crew was fast (again, while working three stories up!) and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up, too. The final invoice total was under the initial estimate. I highly recommend Monarch roofing!
