We used Mood for our wedding and they exceeded all of our expectations!!! They were able to do so many custom creations for us, including a custom built bar and lattice seating chart! I was obsessed with how they each turned out. We were also able to have our monogram on our dance floor which was such a great personal touch! We used their colorful glassware during cocktail hour for our signature cocktails. For dinner service we used their plates, cutlery, glassware, and of course linens! Lastly, they gave us a custom cake back drop that mimicked our invitation suite florals. Everything was so beautifully done and just looked so perfect together. The staff at mood are beyond kind and know what they are doing! I would 10/10 recommend for any event needing rentals!
Spoke to a lovely gal for linen rental, she walked me through their stock and process. I was told I'd receive an email for the quote which was never received also left two voicemails to follow up and never heard back. Wedding planning is hard enough, but when vendors ghost it really makes an impression.
Ashley was so wonderfully helpful in corralling me and leading me in the right direction in terms of wedding colors and draping for my matrimonial pergola. A lovely delight in an industrial area with wonderful table arrangements, fabrics and ideas for the undecided bride!
I am an event coordinator, and this was my first event to use Mood Party Rentals for pipe, drape, and uplighting and I could not be more pleased! Ashlee worked with me to get exactly the look I was going for and answered my questions throughout the process. The Installation Crew was on time and took the time to get everything exactly the way I wanted it. I can not say enough what about what I pleasurable experience I had working with Mood.
