The blend of images and video preserves emotion and detail.
Our wedding was 10/24/2025. We hired Megan, and couldn't have been more thrilled. From our initial meeting it felt like she was an old friend. On the wedding day when things felt a little chaotic, she remained calm and directed everyone perfectly when needed. She even helped me bustle my dress and fix my makeup! We just received our highlight photos and they are STUNNING. Looking at them brought us right back to the day. She captured the essence of our love and family so perfectly. I cannot wait to order and frame so many pictures to display in our home. I know that one day we will show these to our grandchildren and they'll be able to feel the energy of the day too. I really cannot recommend Megan and Moonshine Studio enough.

We couldn’t have asked for a better photography team for our wedding. From the very beginning, Katie totally understood our vision for a small, intentional day that felt truly “us.” She suggested and showed different shooting styles to make our photos personal and unique, and her years of experience brought ideas we hadn’t even considered...like reading our vows together in private at the first look. That moment was pure magic, and I’m so grateful we got to experience it.
Katie and Megan made the entire day feel effortless. They were professional, pleasant, and completely unobtrusive—capturing everything without ever interrupting a moment. The resulting photos are "real", they feel like a true documentation of the day and absolutely hit the mark, nothing felt staged or forced.
With such a small wedding, none of our guests had their phones out, and I worried we might miss photos, but those worries vanished knowing Katie and Megan had it all covered.
The combination of video and photos is worth it. They are incredibly talented, and their work allowed us to fully be present on our special day while still preserving every emotion and detail.
Truly magical. 10/10 recommend.

We can not say enough GREAT things about Megan and Moonshine Buffalo! When we met Megan and told her we wanted to hike into our wedding, she was absolutely down with our vision. Megan made our entire day so easy, calm, and flawless and made us both so comfortable. Within a week, Megan had provided us with tons of preview photos to choose from and every single person who sees them comments on how incredible they are. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Megan for all of our future photo needs.

We could not have asked for a better photography team than Megan, Katie, and Courtney at Moonshine. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with—professional, talented, and genuinely wonderful people who became such an integral part of our day.
They weren’t just photographers & videographers; they felt like professional bridesmaids—always one step ahead, anticipating what we needed before we even realized it. Whether it was coordinating with other vendors, ensuring every detail was perfect, guiding me on how to hold my dress in the most flattering way, or even just talking to me about how I was feeling, they elevated our experience in ways we never expected. They also understood the complexities of family dynamics, making sure everyone felt included and comfortable while keeping things moving seamlessly. Their ability to navigate everything with ease made such a difference in keeping the day stress-free.
The entire process of working with them made us feel so ready for our wedding day. Our production timeline calls helped everything feel seamless, and our engagement session with Katie in downtown Buffalo was such a fun experience. It really broke the ice for how much we’d be photographed a few months later, and by the time the wedding arrived, we felt completely comfortable in front of the camera.
Our wedding was on a beautiful fall day in Buffalo, and we wanted it to feel timeless—classic, elegant, and true to us. Now, thanks to Moonshine, we have a timeless reminder of that perfect day.
Looking through our stunning gallery, I am beyond grateful for the depth and quality of their work. The turnaround time for our sneak peek was impressive, and the full gallery was absolutely worth the wait—every image perfectly edited to reflect the beauty, mood, and emotions of our day. The way they captured each moment allows us to relive our wedding over and over again.
And Katie’s videography? Magic. Every second of our day, seamlessly put together with music that perfectly fits our vibe, tells our story in a way that makes me want to do it all over again (though I wouldn’t change a thing!).
Photography and videography are one of the best investments you can make for your wedding, and Moonshine is worth every penny. These are the moments you’ll look back on forever, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have such beautiful reminders of our day.
I walked away from this experience not just with breathtaking photos and videos but feeling like I made three amazing new friends. I only wish I lived in Buffalo so I could see them more often and hire them for every life event! In fact, I think we should normalize professional photography for all milestones—new puppy portraits? Moonshine. Giving birth in a hospital where I can only have two people? Husband and Moonshine.
To anyone searching for incredibly talented, fun, and thoughtful photographers, Moonshine is it. Thank you, Megan, Katie, and Courtney, for giving us memories that will last a lifetime—we truly love our photos & video, and we truly love you all!

I wish I could give Megan and Courtney more than 5 stars because they deserve it! I met Megan back in 2019 and have been waiting for the day for her to shoot my wedding photos! Myself and my husband aren’t the most comfortable in front of the camera, but Megan and Courtney have such a calming aura that just makes you comfortable. The amount of time and attention they give to you is unmatched. They do an amazing job for pushing your outside your comfort zone while also being respectful. Megan truly has an eye to capture shots I would have never thought or dreamed of. You’d never be disappointed booking with Moonshine I can promise you that!
