I used to do my taxes with them for years until Chris left, and when i called for ALL MY INFORMATION Spencer refused to give it to Me.! Very unprofessional.! They all used to be very kind but i guess its all just a front for your business. Maybe thats why they are losing business. Just an update, i called back and talked to Whitney and SHE WAS VERY KIND AND GAVE ME MY INFO I NEEDED.! If You choose to go there go to HER
