We purchased two separate couch sets, and when you’re spending over $6,000 in one purchase, this level of service isn’t just appreciated — it’s a must. Kyle answered every question thoroughly and honestly. He even unhooked the sectional on request to show us exactly how it attaches and walked us through different configuration options so we could customize everything to fit our home perfectly. As an informed consumer, I really valued his respectful, no-pressure approach. He didn’t hover, follow us around, or sit on every couch with us.
