I am so thankful for Moraga Bootcamp to be in our community. Postpartum and post covid- I needed to get my strength and confidence back. Not only did I gain strength and confidence but I am not part of this supportive community. Belle will always push you to meet your potential and coaches each of us throughout the group workout.
What a gem to have Moraga Bootcamp in our community! Prior to having kids I was an avid crossfitter and weightlifter, so I am really glad to have a place to go that scratches the crossfit and weight lifting itch without the same heavy impact on my body. Belle totally welcomed me as a new member with open arms and is the right amount of energy and encouragement I need at 6am. I love that you can tailor the workout to your skill level and she offers lots of substitutions without judgment. Each workout is different, gives you a great sweat, and is all wrapped up in 50 minutes. Nothing feels better than starting my day out by doing something to take care of myself. Highly recommend Moraga Bootcamp - you'll have a great time!

Moraga bootcamp is the best workout! It feels like a party and a family all at the same time. The workouts are coordinated through the week and move through all muscle groups. There are fun (and optional) nutritional and activity challenges. It’s a great way to start the day!
