My broker and the assistant have been with my spouse every step of the way towards retirement planning. As a retiree we are both very pleased with the courteous and personable service we continue to receive now that Morgan Stanley is our official provider.

After my father had an account here for several decades, I had an account for about 6 years , managed by Guy Brenner. The same manager who oversaw my fathers account. This year, without so much as an email or phone call, my account was put under another younger broker rep, whom I didn't care for and voiced that opinion to Guy's office. After receiving an email from his secretary, saying he would call, I got no further communication. Even after more requests by me to his office, I got nothing. I have since transferred my account to another office. If you have million dollar accounts, this is your man. If you're the little guy, look elsewhere. No client loyalty.
