Professional Towing Services with a Commitment to Safety
About
Morris & Sons Towing operates in San Jose, providing towing services that prioritize vehicle recovery. However, feedback from customers consistently highlights serious concerns regarding their practices. Reports indicate instances of aggressive towing, where vehicles were removed without consent, leading to high fees and negative interactions with drivers. Customer experiences suggest a need for enhanced driver training focused on safety and respectful communication. While the company offers towing services, potential clients should be aware of the aforementioned issues as they consider their options.

The guy is so rude and yelling at me because I am asking some questions about the fee details. If you don’t like your job, just quit. Don’t use it as an excuse to spread your attitude to others. I am just paying money and picking up a car, not a prisoner. Even prisoner received more respect than me. Please be respectful and learn how to communicate and treat others like normal human beings.

This tow truck company has been waking me up every night in the middle of the night. I get they are patrolling this area to impound cars illegally parked but they come right next to my townhouse window, turn off the truck turn on the truck, continue to park in the community and rev their engine and it’s starting to become a nuisance. It’s been disrupting my sleep. Just now I finally called the company and he said he wouldn’t leave because he’s just doing his job. I said I get it but you already did your walk around to see everyone had parking passes you don’t have to stay in the driveway and be extremely Loud. I don’t have to wake up until 7 and here I am awake unable to go back to sleep.

Morris and sons towed my dad’s car towed for no absolute reason. The reason they gave us, was our parking permit was “forged.” When asked what made it looked fake, and forged, the clerks could not give a reasonable answer. Wasted everyone’s time trying to retrieve the car.
