Came here to workout, but honestly the thing that’s making the most gains is the mold. If you come here the only thing getting worked out is your immune system. This place feels less like a fitness center and more like a beginning of a Resident Evil mold outbreak. I was half expecting there to be a save point and safe room around one of the corners. They also make you do Resident Evil type of side quests where you have to find hidden cable attachments scattered around the gym just so you can actually use the cable machines. On top of that, the equipment selection is basically just “whatever hasn’t broken down yet.” And whatever is available is covered with rust and dust. Also whoever decided it was a good idea to spend nearly 2 thousand dollars on a vibration plate should be fired immediately. I can’t even think of a more useless thing to put in a gym. 0/10 facility if you’re looking for a clean place to get a decent workout in. 10/10 facility if you’re looking to train for surviving a zombie apocalypse.

They don’t do day passes. They don’t answer their phone and it is unclear on their website.

I was using the side of the squat rack to place my bench for hip thrusts against because the gym has no equipment or space for hip thrusts. Some woman cam up to me and rudely asked if she could use the squat rack and I explained to her my dilemma that I had nowhere else to go and that she'd hit me in the head, and apologized for the inconvenience. She stormed away and got an employee to come down with her. I explained to him the situation, but he didn't care and just wanted to not be bothered by the woman who couldn't wait, so I just said I'll leave. I never make complaints, but when I went to the front desk to explain, the same employee came back up and told me that he agreed with me about the situation, but that this specific patron is difficult. I then said "So she does this regularly?" and he shrugged and said "Yeah kinda." So I said that they should stand their ground more and left. I've never experienced someone at the gym not being okay with waiting, and have never had an employee have to come up to me. I was respectful the whole time and think the situation is just ridiculous. Will be joining a different gym that has better space and equipment, kinder patrons, and more sensible staff.
