"I am excited ! Mortgage Magic helped me prepare and get ready to buy my first home and then they guided me through all of the steps to make the transaction easy. I was informed with every step of the way and will remember this as a very positive experience. Doug Jones was my loan officer; he crunched all of the numbers and got my loan approved before we made the offer. Mostly I talked to Kianna, the processor who guided me and made me feel that everything would be OK and it was -- she was fantastic !

Doug and his Mortgage Magic staff are amazing. We did our home refinance with them and it could not have gone any smoother. Kianna is a pure professional and was very responsive throughout the process. We will definitely be recommending Doug and his company Mortgage Magic to others in the future. By the way, his magic is fascinating. Love and Regards, Blanca

I have known Doug Jones for many years, he is very professional and always looking out for the client's best interest. He and his team are organized, fast, and easy to work with. Our most recent experience involved an inherited home, an estate trust, and a refinance. We were already feeling a lot of stress due to the loss of a family member, but Doug set us at ease, worked the numbers, and instilled confidence that things were going to work out well. The process was fast, easy (much of it is done online), and stress free. Doug has a great sense of humor and really showed that he cared for us. The final loan terms were simply amazing. I highly recommend Mortgage Magic, there is nobody better.
