I have known Doug Jones for many years, he is very professional and always looking out for the client's best interest. He and his team are organized, fast, and easy to work with. Our most recent experience involved an inherited home, an estate trust, and a refinance. We were already feeling a lot of stress due to the loss of a family member, but Doug set us at ease, worked the numbers, and instilled confidence that things were going to work out well. The process was fast, easy (much of it is done online), and stress free. Doug has a great sense of humor and really showed that he cared for us. The final loan terms were simply amazing.
