I found Mark on his Mortgage Mark YouTube channel after watching an episode of on sellers financing. I gave his office a call regarding my specific situation and he immediately returned my call. Additionally, he created a personalized amortization schedule spreadsheet and walked me through the entire transaction process. He went above and beyond to help me despite the fact that I had nothing to offer him. He is a very knowledgeable and standup guy! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Tamara and Joel at The Mortgage Mark Team. From the very beginning of my home buying journey all the way to the final closing date, they were truly the BEST team I could have asked for. It’s not a secret that buying a home can be overwhelming, but Tamara and Joel made the entire process smooth, stress free, and honestly enjoyable especially as a first time home buyer. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) with so much patience (which they needed a lot of because of me haha) and clarity. Every single step was explained in detail so I always knew what to expect and never felt left in the dark. Their communication was top notch whether it was a quick update, checking in just to reassure me, or providing clear timelines, they were always prompt and professional. Mortgage Mark is a well structured mortgage company with very competent staff. We closed on two properties over a period of few months. Everything went pretty smooth. I felt they understood our circumstances and worked with us. The application process was easy. I liked the platform they use. Justin Wood is a great asset to their team. Overall I would recommend them.
