Would have been better to use AI to do in 10 minutes what took them 6 months (4 months after the deadline we originally set). Or even hire someone off Fiverr for a fraction of the price. My experience doing that on another project was better than this experience. The site was just OK. I was expecting something way better and felt like an afterthought when I hadn’t heard from them for 10 weeks after I paid. They get you in their big fancy office and sell you, then the communication drops off significantly. Do not recommend.

The Moss Marketing Team will help you grow your business! All the team members are engaged and bounce ideas that may have many additional platforms that needs integrated, they can do that. Awesome content development for your individual business. The videos, the voice overlays, the strategy for targeting your growth is second to none. Hands down the best Marketing Company I've partnered with. We have been in business for 17 years and we have been down this road many times and got nothing compared to what Moss Marketing Group has done for us. Highly recommend! KC Artistic Concrete is busy!

Seriously, Moss Marketing Group are absolutely fantastic at what they do! They are truly a "one stop shop" when it comes to creating content, ads, websites, etc! They are constantly creating ideas to increase traffic to your business and always adjusting to new tech/trends! They connect with you as a business and work tirelessly to get your name/brand/business to the masses. I absolutely recommend any business owners to partner with MMG! They are professional. They are passionate. They are transparent. They absolutely care. We loved that they do NOT make you sign a contract like almost ALL of the other marketing firms. They live by the narrative of: "if your business wins, then we win". Which is excellent and that is why they are a true partnership. They care about your business and they stand behind the fact that if the clients are successful, then so are they. They exist because we exist. If they do not do their job well, then our business fails, which results in them failing. SO, they work at break neck speed to increase your business. A real partnership. They do not "lock" you in and then do a bare minimum to fulfill a contract. They know that if they do a good job, you will continue to use them. They practice what they preach and are always striving to be better daily. They are a local business that LIVE HERE IN KC, so they know how to actually drive people to your business. Most firms have people managing your account that have ZERO clue what Kansas City is about, other than Taylor Switft comes to our football games. MMG will know your business. They will know your demographic. They will know what you are up against which is imperative to marketing. If you are a local business, it is important to focus on your local area of operation... and MMG knows the area because THEY OPERATE here. Fantastic people and I really can't recommend them enough! Thank you MMG!

Moss Marketing Group is truly one of a kind & a much needed breath of fresh air. They bring an energy that is unmatched (& greatly needed) to their clients and particularly this space. We hired them to help us for a non profit I'm on the board for and they show up in every way you can want or need - physically, through their content, their energy, their passion, you name it. It's now been about 6 months and the quality of content they help us with on social, the support they provide in marketing, and so many other things I can't articulate has been amazing. I'm so happy to partner with such passionate & caring young professionals in the Kansas City community. Hove seeing the next wave of leaders in our community develop, and many of these folks are just that.
