My favorite gym ever!! I tried a lot of gyms around San Antonio from Gold’s to LA to Anytime, and this one just takes the cake. I’ve been a member here for almost four years now and have seen the evolution of how the gym has improved using thoughts and recommendations shared by members. My favorite part about going here is that it is never truly busy. I love not dreading coming after work to the 5pm/6pm rush. The only times it will get busy are when there are trainers with clients. However, they will usually stick to one area or are very happy to share what they are doing. Another thing I love is that there is a sauna in the restrooms. Coming in late and being able to end with the sauna sets a good tone for the rest of my night. The owner Nathan and his wife Brittaney are very personable and love to get to know everyone! They truly are a gem at the gym and will take the time to listen to any good news, bad news, or concerns if you need. That also goes for all of the trainers and staff here. They help make this community fun, friendly, and challenge you to put your best effort forward, even outside the gym with personal goals. I cannot recommend this gym enough to anyone interested in visiting or joining.

Best gym (dare I say) in the world! As someone who actively avoided the gym for years, Move Fit Live has completely transformed how I feel about movement and health. They have everything you could want — a wide range of machines, free weights, TRX, treadmills, bikes, and more. Prefer classes? They offer a variety (yoga, boot came, dance, etc), and even a sauna when you need extra heat. But what truly sets this gym apart is the community. At big national gyms, I always felt like I was in the way or afraid to ask for help. At Move Fit Live, I’ve experienced nothing but kindness from everyone. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you build a sustainable plan that fits your goals (shoutout to AJ!), all while turning a once-dreaded experience into something I actually enjoy. When I walk in, it feels like everyone is cheering me on, and I’m cheering for them too! It’s an uplifting, welcoming place, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

It wasn’t until I came here that I realized this is the gym I had been looking for a long time — reasonable pricing, all the equipment you truly need, open 365 days a year, and most importantly, incredibly kind people and an environment that helps you stay focused on your training. During the hours I train, the gym is never crowded, which is exactly what I need. There are moments when the entire place is filled with nothing but the music, the sound of weights hitting metal, and my own breathing — something almost impossible to find anywhere else. Here, people take the time to get to know you, remember you, and support the goals you are pushing toward. I want to thank Nathan, AJ, and everyone at Move Fit Live who genuinely puts their heart into this place. I’m grateful that my former training partner discovered this gym — I trained here with him once, and now I’m part of it too. I sincerely wish this place nothing but growth and success. Love.

Writing a review because I am an anxious girly. I have always been intimidated by huge commercial gyms. This place has been a god send for me! From beginner friendly to years of experience, this gym welcomes you. It has a small, never crowded feel, with having everything you need. Including a sauna and yoga classes! I do live a little further from the location than I like, but the atmosphere will always keep me here. Everyone is friendly, motivating, and helpful. I went from dreading the gym hiding in a corner to seeking training and being apart of the MFL community. Which is the best feature of this gym! 10/10

I joined this gym earlier this year with very little experience and a lot of weight to lose. Since then, I’ve gained not only strength and knowledge but also confidence in myself. I’m proud to say I’ve lost over 50 pounds, and I couldn’t have done it without the incredible staff and supportive community here. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff truly care about your progress. My family loves coming too, and the classes are fun and motivating. I especially want to highlight the JUST MOVE program. It’s designed for beginners, and it gave me the foundation I needed to get started without feeling intimidated. This gym has been life changing for me. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be supported every step of the way, I can’t recommend it enough.
