I went to Sheri after getting a diagnosis of high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and liver issues, all related to diet. Sheri worked with me to develop a meal plan and guidelines to help me understand what to change and what to look for which lead me to getting a completely clean bill of health at my next blood test, 4 months after the first!
