Where do I even start? I started physical therapy with Mike and Dr. Sarah at the end of September 2025 after injuring my knee for the second time. I was coming off a surgery from November 2024, and when I began PT, I had no idea that I had actually torn my meniscus again — the same injury I had just had surgery for. From the very beginning, Dr. Sarah suggested getting an MRI just to be safe. When I got my results back, I was absolutely devastated. I felt like I was back at square one all over again. I sent my results over to Dr. Sarah, and she did something that most people — and most businesses — would never do. She personally reached out to me after hours on a Saturday to help me understand my results and reassure me that everything was going to be okay. She reminded me that I wasn’t actually starting over, because this time I was learning proper movement, strengthening correctly, and working toward making my knee “bulletproof” (which has become her favorite thing to tell me). After three months of training twice a week, I can honestly say I am building BULLETPROOF KNEES. The process has involved a lot of relearning, patience, and trust — but it has been completely worth it. I am beyond grateful for Mike and his entire team.
