Just over 3months into joining Movement with Bianca &James and have loved it. Previous gyms had become too intimidating for me and I couldn’t stick to it. what’s kept me going at movement is the people, they’ve genuinely created a brilliant, kind community. The attention to detail from Bianca and James is great, always check in on how I can make things work with busy and changing work schedules. In a short space of time I’m already feeling more energy and strength and finally putting myself first. I highly recommend and I look forward to what the next few months brings 😁
Like a lot of people in January I wanted this year to be different and I decided I was going to commit to making some changes but I had no idea that joining Movement was going to be one of the best decision I've ever made! I wanted to get fitter and stronger and it felt like every article I read about "fitness in your 40s" mentioned strength training but I had no idea where to start. The idea of joining a big gym with 'serious gym goers' where everybody knew what they were doing was so intimidating and I knew I needed something different. Turning up to my first session I was so nervous but from the moment I walked through the door all of that disappeared. James and Bianca were so welcoming and I felt at ease right from the start. The gym is spotless and I knew it was something different when they showed me the coffee and snack areas! Members bring in home baking and sweet treats from their holiday and I felt the warmth and inclusivity right away! I'd never done group training before and I've found it to be so inspiring getting to know the other members. Everyone is so genuinely lovely it's testament to the amazing community James and Bianca have created. One of the things I love the most is that there are no egos and I've never felt 'out of place' as everyone supports and encourages each other in such a positive and uplifting way. James and Bianca are so kind and patient and genuinely want you to succeed no matter how big or small your goals are. Each session starts with a check-in to see how you're feeling and then tailored to you as an individual. James and Bianca get that 'life happens' and if you're having a stressful work week or had a terrible nights sleep they adjust your session to fit you. They push you when they can and encourage and support when you're having a tough time but always keep it fun. Physically I've never been stronger or had this type of muscle definition in my life but I'd underestimated the mental changes working out with a community brings. James and Bianca have made me realise I am capable and I can achieve things I set my mind to - they will be your biggest cheerleaders and genuinely want you to succeed. I never thought I would be someone that looks forward to working out or going to the gym but somehow I've become one of 'those people'! If you want to get fitter and stronger, feel more confident and just happier overall give it a go and I guarantee you won't look back! Thanks Bianca and James for creating something really special and for all your encouragement and enthusiasm you give to each member!
I started training with Bianca back in March 2024 and I honestly haven’t looked back since! She’s been such an incredible support system, more than just a coach. Bianca has helped me rebuild not only my strength but also my confidence in and out of the gym. When Bianca moved to Movement Gym, I followed her there, and it’s been the best decision! Since joining, I’ve also been coached by James, who has really added to my fitness journey. His knowledge, and genuine passion for what he does make such a difference. After a shoulder injury, I was looking for a change and somewhere I could find my feet again. Since the move to Movement Gym and training with both Bianca and James has been the best decision. The coaching, classes, and community are next level! everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. The biggest change for me has been my mindset. I never thought I’d be someone who loves going to the gym, but it’s become a part of my life that I truly look forward to. I’m proud of the consistency, progress, and how far I’ve come through all the ups and downs. Can’t recommend Bianca and James enough. If you’re looking for a space that pushes you, supports you, and helps you fall back in love with training, this is it.
Movement is a really great gym for those who want a community of people who are working on their fitness. It's a sociable vibe with loads of support from Bianca and James, who pay close attention to your goals and always check in with how you're doing! I was part of the gym for 4 months and felt my confidence increase so much. You really can't miss a session because Bianca and James will definitely check in, so it's great for those who need a bit of extra support & structure to get themselves into the gym!!
I joined Movement because I'd had enough of overcrowded, busy gyms and I'd not been doing much strength training on my own. I'm so glad I joined! James and Bianca have created an amazing gym and community of people who want to get stronger and be healthier. I learnt so many new exercises and activities - guided by James and Bianca who really know their stuff and focus on correct technique. The programmes change every couple of months and they bring in really great movements. The gym environment is amazing too - excellent equipment and a peaceful place to workout. I had a few injuries from running and was grateful to James and Bianca who found ways to work around them and gave me other exercises to do. I wasn't sure I'd like group PT but the groups are small and everyone encourages eachother and it adds laughter and enjoyment to every session. If you're wondering whether to give it a go - just go for it - it's a wonderful, uplifting experience in more ways than one 💪🏼😉 highly recommend!
