Daniel, Marcus and Derrick were wonderful. They paid attention to details. Wrapped the furniture and took care of my belongings. If I move again, I will reach out to Moving Van again.

Holy Smokes - SERVICE UNMATCHED. If you’re moving in the Nashville area, HIRE MOVING VAN!!! I am someone who is hard to please and I look for quality service, impeccable detail and a can do attitude and this company exceeded my expectations at every turn from concept to completion! I got four other quotes, and although pricing was comparable, the service and care was different with Van. I live out of state and was coordinating my mother’s move. What caught my eye was a personalized card to my mom when her home went under contract. I reached out and got the owner - immediately. He creatively accommodated my lack of immediate presence and ability to do a traditional walkthrough. This move was simple but had a lot of moving parts - including the fact that the new home is fully furnished and we still needed to bring in her existing items which meant before we could move in, we had to double move out, partially. Also it has the tiniest stair case and the heaviest furnishings. Did I mention it was “feels like” 105* this day? Van communicated with me every step of the way from quote to day-of, down to the 20-minute warning “your movers are on the way” text! His crew was incredible, handled every single item with care and by the end of the day we all felt like friends, joking with each other and keeping the heavy furniture at least, “light hearted”. We loved them - Bryan, Zack, Michael, John, and Van, THANK YOU for making a bittersweet day possible. Thanks guys, hope you had as much fun with us as we did you! Since moving, I have given a Moving Van rec to our realtor, our title company, and our notary. I will recommend them FOREVER. Take a very picky, hard to please girl’s word for it - you won’t be sorry! For good measure, here is a photo that perfect encapsulates the difficulty of the day. Ha!
