Recently added a second home in phoenix. They reached out all morning telling me they were going to come and do initial service. I confimed, someone would be there. Their technician (Angel) comes out sees the gate is closed, he doesn’t knock to get in. He just leaves. I am notified that he leaves, I reach out and they say because it’s the end of the month they are having difficulty getting someone back out this month. what a frustrating waste of time and money. I am very dissatisfied and will probably look for another company. Maybe this is why the costs have been going up. Not a very good use of their resources. I have been with them for a very long time. What is going on with your company?

I am delighted to share another positive experience today with Jason from Moxie Pest Control Services. Jason took the time to educate me as to the services and the condition of the property and was very kind to my family. I highly recommend both Jason and Moxie for their services.

He was super friendly the minute I opened my door 😄 And asked the right questions about the property and gave me the rundown of what he did afterwards. Love your staff- I always recommend your company- we've been long time customers and are super happy with you !!

Very detailed and communicate well. Their customer service is superior! I have had another pest control for years and I switch to them due to budget costs and I haven’t seen a bug in my house. If I do, they are there quickly to fix it. I use to still have constant bugs in my house with our old pest control. So glad we switch over to Moxie!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Logan and Preston from Moxie Pest Control, and I can't say enough great things about the experience. From the moment they arrived, both technicians were incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. They took the time to explain the entire process, listened to my concerns, and offered expert advice in a way that was easy to understand. What truly stood out was how personable and approachable they were while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. It's not often you come across service technicians who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and courteous. They made the whole visit feel more like a helpful conversation than a routine service call. Thanks to Logan and Preston, I feel confident and comfortable knowing my home is protected.
