Went out to eat with friends. The food was fine, but the service was subpar. After we received our food, we had to ask multiple workers just to get an extra pair of gloves. When it was time to pay, I clearly told the front desk worker what I ordered, but she charged me for the wrong item she also had her airpods in. She then charged my card again for the correct order. I called back because I still haven’t received the refund, and the employee I spoke to acted like she was the manager. It wasn’t until I started describing the worker that she admitted, “Yeah, that was me,” and then proceeded to argue with me over the phone. This situation could easily be resolved with a simple refund, but the bigger issue is the level of customer service. Having employees like this represent your business is disappointing. Unfortunately, experiences like this are becoming way too common in sac. Will be back though to see if that “manager”will keep that same energy in person.

The food is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly. This is a definitely a must try.

The food is good, but I don't think it's right that they don't sell half-pound portions of shrimp. They should sell smaller portions because the kids don't finish a whole pound.
