Because of the excellent service and communication of Mr. Sergio Borboa, I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to my friends and neighbors. We've used Mr. Electric in the pasts and their Service Technicians have always been courteous and helpful in resolving our electrical problems. Without hesitation, I would most certainly use their services again, particularly if Sergio was to represent Mr. Electric again.

I had an electrician come out for what I expected to be a simple inspection after I made a mistake relocating an outlet myself. Not only did he immediately identify the issue, but he fixed it efficiently and correctly without making me feel foolish for trying to DIY it in the first place. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home, and the entire visit was smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was genuinely pleasant to work with, the kind of person you’re actually glad showed up at your door. If you’re looking for an electrical company that knows what they’re doing, works efficiently, and treats customers with respect, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Albert from Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro arrived on time and was extremely patient while I coordinated with movers and a cable technician who were also working on my project. He installed an additional Wi-Fi doorbell chime, several new wall outlets, a panel surge protector, and a new TV wall mount. He also removed an existing wall-mounted TV and bracket. When I realized I had purchased the wrong light bulbs for my automated track lighting, Albert went to the store to select the correct ones and installed them—even working from a ladder due to the ceiling height. He helped integrate the new doorbell chime into my home security system and went above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve issues when I couldn’t get the new components to connect, despite my familiarity with my home automation setup. Albert was calm, professional, and very patient throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain the cost-versus-benefit of his recommendations and even suggested a Mr. Electric discount program that costs less annually than the savings it provides. I would absolutely recommend this service provider and give Albert five stars without hesitation.

Albert came to our house to change our six co2 alarms. Polite, on time, efficient and knowledgeable , he installed our devices and showed us how to test them. We felt we were in safe hands for our electrical needs and the price was right. Would definitely hire Albert at Mr. Electric again for further needs. Thank you.

I had Mr Electric install two hanging lanterns on my back porch. Everything turned out great! Kenny my electrician was very professional and took time to figure out the best way to hang the lanterns. The lanterns were antique and needed to be rewired and connected to an indoor switch. He checked with me all along the way to make sure everything was to my specifications and that I would be happy with the end result. It looks better than I had imagined and I am very happy with the service Kenny and Mr Electric provided. Thanks again!
