I brought my computer here for a simple repair and got it back worse than when I dropped it off. Not only was the original issue not properly fixed, but I later discovered that parts were stolen from my machine after it was in their care. Components that were definitely there before were suddenly gone. When I tried to get answers, I was met with excuses, vague explanations, and zero accountability. No clear breakdown of what was done, no transparency, and absolutely no effort to make things right. I trusted this shop with my computer and regretted it immediately. If you value your time, money, or your actual computer parts, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
