My fiancé and I have been to MANY restaurants over the last 5 years and we always like to try something new, but this was absolutely the BEST restaurant experience I have ever had - and we typically go to The Keg - Mr.Mikes will be our usual from now on, for casual and special occasions. The staff, the food, and the overall experience was AMAZING! 11/10 recommend this restaurant. Our server Tracy was amazing and made our experience unforgettable. I also want to acknowledge the manager (I didn’t catch her name) but she was very present and really made our anniversary feel magical!! Overall, we will going to Mr.Mikes for any/every occasion from now on!!

Our first visit here and we plan to come back often! Smaller sized restaurant. Good options for seating, good volume for music, a few tvs, nice decor. Awesome options for food, higher-end but reasonable pricing. Lisa was our server extraordinaire! She was very knowledgeable and hilarious! We started with Lobster Dip and our main was the rib eye steak and shrimp! Medium rare was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Basic keto salad well paired with good ingredients. Looking forward to trying many other items! Welcome @mrmikes

Wanted to give this place a try since it opened. Our server Lisa was great, took our order quick, it was correct the first time, and very friendly. The steak was tender and cooked the way everyone liked.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Phenomenal Experience! From the moment we walked into the new Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual in Kitchener, we knew we were in for a treat—but this place exceeded every expectation. The presentation of the meals was flawless, like something out of a high-end magazine. The steaks were cooked perfectly to order, juicy and full of flavor, with every bite better than the last. The onion rings were a standout—crispy, golden perfection with absolutely no greasy aftertaste, clearly made with fresh, clean oil. Even the sides were elevated, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Our server, Lisa, was beyond amazing—attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make our date night unforgettable. She added special touches that truly made the evening feel one-of-a-kind. It’s rare to experience that level of genuine care and professionalism these days, and Lisa nailed it. Every detail, from the ambiance to the plating to the last bite, was 5-star worthy. Kitchener was absolutely missing a spot like this, and now that it’s here, we’ll be back again and again. If you’re looking for a next-level dining experience with phenomenal service, Mr. Mikes is it. (And yes, the food looked as amazing as it tasted—just check out these photos!)

We had an enjoyable time here! It’s a newly opened place, so there are still a few kinks to work out, but overall a great experience. The beef dip was excellent, and the garlic Parmesan fries were also a standout... I highly recommend both dishes. I also tried the lobster cheese dip. Personally, I found it a bit too heavy on the cheese and light on the lobster flavor. That said, the nachos that came with it were fantastic,made in-house and super tasty, reminded me of something you'd get at a good Mexican restaurant. I still enjoyed the dip overall. I’m planning to come back in a few weeks to try a steak and will update my review then. Also, definitely download their app, it’s worth it for the points
