I remember going here as a kid and picking out toys and felt like it was a magical place. I just bought a present for my one year old and it was just as magical. When the gift was wrapped the person wrapping it freakin included and oragami paper crane, where else does that happen?

Shopping at Mr. Mopps is a wonderful experience! The children's bookstore staff are amazing, always on hand with excellent suggestions if you need them, and the connected toy store has a great selection of high quality toys. Plus the shopping in both stores is seamless - you can go back and forth between them until you find just the right things. I'll definitely be going back.

This place Rocks!!! One day I was in a shopping (for toys for nieces and nephews) and cranking on their loudspeaker stereo system comes the great song "United States of Whatever!" by Liam Lynch! "Whatever!!!" : ) ALL the employees there are helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. They even told me all the great music I was "shopping and a rocking" to wasn't some corporate made music playlist but their sweet music was coming from their own radio station/podcast! Shopping for toys, while rocking out to Great tunes and also having friendly employees to help you, what more could you ask for in a toy store??? Now if we can just get the Californian DMV to follow their model. : ) "Whatever!!!!!"

Been a happy customer for more than 40 years. It still rocks. Helpful and knowledgeable people work there. Really good selection of toys and things to keep kids busy on a rainy day. Yes, it's convenient to order otherwise, but it is so nostalgic to actually go into an old fashioned toy store. Brings back such happy memories. Decent prices too. Check it out!

Incredible selection of interesting and educational toys for all ages here. a lot of toy stores have some scientific stuff and a lot of stuff toys and blocks and things. This place has tons of STEM related toys. Heaven. There's also a very nice bookstore section with a ton of fantastic books in there. They even had an elephant and piggy doodle and coloring book so my daughter is thrilled. I want to buy half the store and just keep it in a closet in my house until they're old enough! Really great stuff here. A local Gem. Come on by and check it out!
