I had a couple of really bad experiences at other motorcycle shops, so I was honestly hesitant to try another one. Then I found Mr. Motorcycle—and my only regret is not finding them sooner. From the start, they were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. One thing that really stands out is that they also sell parts on-site, which is a huge plus for me since I ride a 25-year-old bike. It’s not always easy to find what I need, but they carry a great selection and even have multiple Yamaha V-Stars available for parts. I’ve had several repairs done here now, and every time the service has been exceptional and high quality. They’re knowledgeable, reliable, and clearly care about their customers. They also communicate very well throughout the process and get repairs completed in a timely manner, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I also want to mention something that really impressed me. I previously had a terrible towing experience with another company where the driver tightened my bike down too much, causing my front forks to compress and stick. Mike at Mr. Motorcycle caught the issue right away and was able to get them unstuck—at no additional cost. Another big bonus is their tow service—very affordable at around $40 within a certain distance, which is incredibly helpful. Not everyone knows how to properly tow a motorcycle, and some seem unsure or hesitant, but these guys clearly know what they’re doing. If you’re looking for a trustworthy motorcycle shop, I highly recommend giving Mr. Motorcycle a try.
