I just want you guys to see that this car wash is complete garbage and ever since the location changed in the sun took over the sun has caused the business to go to shambles he doesn’t have that care and dedication that the old man had to the business I used to recommend people I used to stop there coming from Virginia all the way in New York. I used to stop there and wash my car you guys have changed and it’s sad all that money for wash and you guys don’t even drive a car at all properly you guys create swirl marks and scratches. This company has two years Maximum to exist and it will be shut down because it has been ran into the ground. I would never bring my car back here again having a nonchalant attitude about your business is what will cost you to go broke letting your workers do whatever they want is what we’ll cost you money be more strict with your workers penalize them don’t give them shifts that they’re not gonna work hard. It’s a tough job market if they won’t do their job because somebody else will.

I wanted to like these guys so bad. The pros: they are efficient and organized professionals. The manager introduced himself in gave me a card to get stamped for a free car wash. That's a plus in my opinion The cons: they don't detail the outside of your car, which leaves streaks, which means I had to get out and dry it myself

I already have a membership with CJS. I came this place to clean interior and exterior. They told me 30$ and they didn’t clean the inside and ask for 55$. Of course, I was gonna go to CJS if I wanted to clean exterior. Very bad communication. I wanted talk to manager but they told me he is not working today (Tuesday). Not professional at all. Not recommended.

I’ve been a loyal supporter of this business for over three years. Anytime friends or family visited, I’d send them here without hesitation—always raving about the great service. But ever since the move to this new location, things have changed drastically—and not in a good way. Today was the final straw. I came in for a full car wash, picked up a few air fresheners, and was genuinely excited to drive off in a clean, fresh-smelling car. But that excitement turned into disgust the moment I opened the door. Sitting on my front seat was a big, gooey, absolutely revolting booger. I was so stunned I almost cleaned it myself. But instead, I decided to give them a chance to explain. I asked one of the employees, “Why does it look like there’s a booger on my seat?” He didn’t look surprised. He didn’t deny it. Instead, he immediately tried to wipe it away—but not before I managed to snap a photo. I then spoke with the man behind the counter. His reaction? He laughed. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but that’s not just bad service—it’s disgusting and disrespectful. This isn’t the business I once knew and trusted. I believe in karma, and I truly hope this incident serves as a wake-up call. I won’t be returning—and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone ever again. Updated Response: Thank you for your reply. I may be mistaken, but your message seems to suggest that I might have tracked the substance into my car on my shoe. I hope that’s not what was implied. Just to clarify a few points: I had already completed my payment when I noticed the substance on my car seat—I hadn’t even sat down yet. I saw it and immediately brought it to your attention. Nothing was tracked from your shop into my car, and the substance was not hidden under a carpet. As for my reaction, I smiled out of discomfort and to manage my frustration—not because I found the situation humorous. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic discovery, certainly nothing to laugh about. Nonetheless, I appreciate your taking the time to respond.
