If I could leave less than one star I would. I would avoid this company at all cost. They will deliver you false promises and pressure you into payment and never show up. I recently had an appointment scheduled for 03/23 from 12pm to 4pm. I took a PTO day to accommodate their availability to come over only for them to never show. I received a call from the office and they told me they apologize but they have no one available to stop by. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and reschedule for 03/27. I took another PTO day with the same time window from 12pm-4pm. The tech arrived told me to fix my drain issue it would be about $1100. I told them that was fine as long as they could get it done today. The tech called his manager Mike and he told the tech as well as myself that someone would be by that same night. Mike then told the tech I would have to pay half now and half when the job was completed. I was hesitant because I didn't want to pay and no one show up again. Mike promised me that the next available tech would be there. He practically guaranteed that the work was going to be done same day. I paid half and like a repeat from Monday no one showed. I received a call around 7pm that night and was told no one would be able to come by that night... they offered me a refund but would take 14days to receive it back. This company lied, took my money and left me with their mess. I have a backed up drain still and no money left to fix it until I get my return... avoid them, their lies, and their poor scheduling
