Braidyn and his team came out right away and were very professional. They were careful in diagnosing the problem and kept me informed and explained it well. I would definitely recommend them! Their team was also very polite and Braidyn told me both in front of them and when they weren’t around how good his team is. This was a huge project and unexpected, but I was glad that I found someone that I felt I could trust and cared about their job. I would definitely use them again if ever needed for anything else.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rooter Rooter Denver. I’m often nervous about needing to call a service company when I’m home alone, but they made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The woman at dispatch was incredibly kind and answered all of my questions promptly. She provided clear quotes and was able to schedule service the same day, which I really appreciated. We needed a ball valve replaced on the main line coming into the house, and Ty was fantastic. He was able to arrive earlier than expected and quickly took care of our needs. He was very professional and completed the job in about 20–25 minutes. I also appreciated that he showed me a detailed quote on his iPad, including service fees, parts, and taxes, so there were no surprises. Overall, the experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Rooter Rooter Denver.

After calling six other companies who were unhelpful, pushy, and made me feel like I was wasting their time, Vincent amazing. They were friendly and incredibly helpful over the phone, actually took the time to listen, and were the only ones willing to give me average prices upfrontwothout pushing for a $100 in home estimate that was non refundable. Vincent came out quickly, fix the issues and installed a new toilet quickly with no hassle, and charged a fair price. Excellent service—I’ll be using them from now on. Thanks again Vincent!

Hunter did a fantastic job of using the sewer scope and found the items of concern, seen on the inspection prior to buying this house. He was holding the obstructive items in his hand and I took a picture to send to the owners. Hunter was on-time, clean, professional and just a nice contractor to work with. As a real estate agent, I will recommend Mr Rooter to my clients in the future. Love that coupon for $95- can’t beat it.
