Rory was on time, commuted his ETA, knowledgeable and efficient. The issue in the drain was resolved within 30 minutes. It was a great job and while I hope I never need the service again, if I do, he’s the one I’ll request.

We called Saturday afternoon because our kitchen sink drain was clogged. Rory came out before 6:30 and snaked and hydro jet our drain for a very reasonable price. Rory was also very courteous and professional during the entire job. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again. Thanks for a great job and wonderful experience.
