Very satisfied with the service provided by Kevin Gray to snake out and unclog our kitchen drain pipe out to the main. Every step of the process clearly explained including future preventative steps I could take to ensure properly functioning drains. Thanks Kevin for a very professional and friendly job well done!

After working with other companies, Mr. Rooter was the only company available in an emergency, with trained staff on the same day. They didn't overcharge, staff was amazing and knowledgeable (Ray R.) and had the problem fixed promptly. My first call is now Mr. Rooter.

Saturday afternoon a sewer backup sent murky water from the upstairs shower into the kitchen sink, so I called Mr. Rooter and Kevin was at my door in about two hours and walked me through what he’d do.He used multiple water jetters to clear a stubborn clog under the house and didn’t leave until the line was running clean again. The office kept me updated while he was on the way and payment was straightforward. It is not the cheapest option but the result and speed were worth it. Available around the clock when the mess hits, this was solid work start to finish. Easy five stars.

I own a few properties here in Rochester, NY, so having a reliable plumbing company on call is really important to me — and Mr. Rooter has been an absolute lifesaver more than once! Recently, I had an issue with one of my properties where the plumbing pipe needed repair, and their team handled it with total professionalism and care. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and responsive. They scheduled a visit right away, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. What I appreciated most was how clearly they explained everything — no confusing jargon or hidden charges. They walked me through the repair process, gave me a fair quote upfront, and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. The repair itself was done efficiently, and the quality of their work really shows. The plumber even double-checked everything before leaving to make sure there were no leaks or loose fittings. That level of attention to detail really stood out to me. If you’re looking for a plumbing service in Rochester that’s trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. They’ve earned my trust and will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing needs!
