Paid, scheduled, signed contract, did not show up nor call until the party was over. Unfortunately this is just bad business. Fair is fair, and you deserve this review. Did return money after several calls and texts 3 hours after the time that was set to arrive. That is all!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! We recently hosted a customer appreciation event at my new home community in Farmersville—Lakehaven—and Mr. Tracy went above and beyond! He arrived early, fully prepared, and ready to serve before the event even started. His food truck was stocked with everything advertised, and the service was prompt and friendly. Mr. Tracy even stayed an extra 30 minutes after the event to make sure every last customer was served—a true professional! I can’t wait to rehire this amazing establishment for future events. I had the Oreo ice cream and it's fantastic. T has real oreos in it! They came out to my organization and served my staff and everyone loves the exclusive flavors. Taste these ice creams and you'll know immediately that it's premium ice cream. The service is too notch! Thanks guys!

Very friendly group at Mr Sugar Rush. Lots of ice cream types and options. Expect all the typical option seen on and ice cream truck and more. But it was the friendly interaction and staff that make it a five star reviews plan to go back again when I can.
