I came to this shop to replace tires. I was given an estimate and asked to leave an $800 cash deposit. Within 2 minutes of paying, I received an urgent call from my child and had to leave immediately. I informed the salesperson right away and asked to cancel the service and refund the deposit. No work was performed, no tires were installed, and no service was provided. I did not sign any non-refundable agreement. Despite this, the salesperson refused to return the deposit. He immediately became aggressive, raised his voice, and started insulting me instead of handling the situation professionally. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I will never return to this shop and do not recommend it to anyone who values honest and respectful service.

I had a terrible experience at MrGoma Tire Shop and will not be returning. I replaced my front suspension parts and went in for an alignment the next day. Not even two months later, my front driver-side tire was getting chewed up on the inner edge. Thankfully I caught it in time and replaced it before it caused any real damage. When I went back to ask about another alignment, the guy at the front told me I’d have to pay full price again. I was willing to pay something, but at least offer a discount considering the first alignment clearly wasn’t done right. Instead, he blamed me, saying my car is lifted with bigger tires and that it was “impossible” for them to align it because it wasn’t factory. Funny how none of that was mentioned the first time. Even worse, when I originally asked for the final alignment sheet, they refused to give it to me—now I understand why. I ended up taking my car to Guane Auto Center for a cheaper price, and they immediately showed me what MrGoma did wrong. They walked me through the whole process and left my car driving like brand new. Night-and-day difference in service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually stands behind their work. The photo above is how the car was when the shop showed me without even touching it

Very friendly and fast service. The best place to get your old tires replaced for new or used ones @ reasonable prices; They do alignment as well. I Went in recommended by a friend of mine ( Angel ) to have put on my truck two used tires, but I was well informed on the other two were bad and needed alignment. I honestly trust them and took their advise. I’m extremely grateful and happy. Car feels and runs smoothly and perfectly aligned . Highly recommended.
